Domestic Shipments
We use Royal Mail, and DHL, and DPD. Which courier we use will depend on the size of your parcel, and the option selected at checkout.

* Unfortunately we cannot offer Next Working Day, or pickup shop delivery to the following remote areas:

Important Information For Domestic Customers
- Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
- If you order after 2:30pm your order will be shipped the following working day.
- We will send you a shipment/tracking email when we have dispatched your parcel.
- Tracking numbers may not become active until the evening when the courier sorts your parcel.
- Parcels sent with Royal Mail may be left at a post office or delivery office if nobody is available to sign for the parcel.

Important Information For International Customers
- Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
- We will send you a shipment/tracking email when we have dispatched your parcel.
- Tracking numbers may not become active until the evening when the courier sorts your parcel.
- Shipments to the European Union - VAT (CBl, TVA, MwSt./USt.) is included in our prices, so when your parcel arrives in your country, no additional payment is required. Orders are limited to a maximum value of €150 as we use the IOSS system for all shipments.
- Shipments to USA - duties charged at checkout.
