Rollersnakes X Déda: Derby Thrash Fest 2023

On the 29th of September, Déda hosted this year's Derby Thrash Fest. Déda contacted us to create and host a street skating event for the festival. With the help of our dedicated team we were able to transform Chapel Street into a pop-up skate park. The pop-up consisted of a 16ft flat bar, a pole jam, a heathen kicker, a two hipped driveway and a hippie jump manual pad block, the latter two were painted and inspired by the works of Henry Matisse.

The event included live music, art, and street food, and hosted the likes of Shaun Wilkinson, Eric Thomas, Ben Plumb, Chandon Gallagher, Scottish Ben and more.

We thank everyone who came down to show their support. Many thanks to Nick Roberts for building and designing the ramps, Toby Batchelor for filming and Forde Brookfield for both editing and hosting the event.
