You are Made For The Elements. These are your Vans.

Hamburg, Germany is an unlikely origin for a professional snowboarder. It has little annual snowfall and is a day’s journey to where it accumulates, but Benny Urban did not let geographical location stop him from using his formative years to develop the skills and, perhaps most importantly, the perspective that he now employs as an everyday pro. It’s the city where Urban laid the foundation for his career. From Japan to Canada, the United States, or Russia, he is in perpetual motion, hunting handrails and concrete to satisfy his desire to always make his next video part his best performance yet.

Benny is one of Europe’s most admired and emulated street riders, and his smooth style extends beyond the board. To cover all those moments in-between rides, we teamed up to release the MTE Standard Mid Chelsea X Benny Urban Waterproof Boot. Practical, packable, and wear-at-the-bar-able, this downsized slip-on version of Vans’ best-selling Standard snow boot has all the waterproofing, insulation, and traction you need to make every day your best. It is made with leather and rubber uppers.

• VANS X BENNY URBAN COLLECTION
• MOISTURE MANAGEMENT: The waterproof vulcanized and seam-sealed construction keeps snow and wet out.
• THERMOREGULATION: Shovelling the walkway, walking the dog, or running to the market-we all want warm feet on a cold day, and the downsized 100-gram weight insulation package gets the job done.
• TRACTION: Specially designed for cruising around in cold weather conditions, the Standard Snow MTE™ outsole with All-Trac, a cold weather-specific all-terrain rubber compound, is designed to offer next-level grip and traction for variable terrain.
• STRETCH GORE: A lightweight and resilient stretch material has been added to the opening of the boot to allow ease of movement and easy on-and-off.
